NIE works in partnership with the Ministry of Education (MOE) Singapore in its teacher preparation programmes for beginning teachers and professional development programmes for MOE’s teaching staff.
For educators from overseas coming to Singapore, NIE International is able to offer its expertise in teaching pedagogy (training skills), to foreign schools & ministries where we could include school visits.
For local trainers not from the Ministry of Education, likewise our NIE training courses is available for any local training departments of other Singapore ministries or private organisations.
Training areas range from teaching or communication skills, class/school management, assessments & evaluations as well as organisational development and leadership skills; all within the context of Education and Teaching & Learning.
Teaching consultancies are usually organised in the form of corporate training with an optimum group size. Training sessions can take place within NIE teaching facilities or at external venues, such as client’s training premises.
